In order for others to see my preset, what do I need to do?

I'll help you ^^
In order to make others be availbale to see your preset, you need to make a download for your preset. You friends must download your preset you're wearing in order to see it. Use Drop box or Mediafire to make a download for your preset.
I will suggest that you use Media Fire because many people uses it.
Here's what to do to make a download for you preset:
1) Go to Mediafire.com
2) Login or register (if you don't have an account)
3) Click the "Upload" button:

And choose the .fhp file of the preset you want other people to see.
4) Upload it and post the download link for it in you bio in feral heart.
Make the link short with Tinyurl. The website is Tinyurl.com. Write in the Tiny version of your url in your bio in the game.
And you're all done, your friends should be able to download it!
