Please, could someone help?

 I have been wanting this game for two years now, and have been waiting for this moment, when I finally can create an account! But... as my luck might have it, the game doesn't work. I have tried everything; redownloading the game, staying up all night for a admin moderator ect to reply and change my username, or at this point for the registration to open again, and at least typing in my password millions of times. I am so confused and hope that a moderator admin ect will see this post and change my username. It has been almost a month and no one has gotten back to me. Help, anyone?

Admin and Moderator wont change your username for you; I've asked.

In order to renew your username, you'll need to wait for the registration to open first.

As DelightfulRevenge has already said, the only way to change your username is to create a new account, unfortunately.

When the Registration is opened next, make sure your username/password does not contain over 16 characters. You may also find this thread useful.

On a side note I'd like to say that you really shouldn't have had such a hard time catching registration open. Registration opens several times a month, sometimes even twice in one day. When registration opens it also stays open for 2hrs straight. If you really want to get an account you have to check in more often to the site. I guarantee you that registration isn't hard to catch if you check in every chance you get. It doesn't take long to check in either.
