I signed up an account and I can't log in?

I tried logging into my account on FH and its not working? I did the exact password and the exact username. HELP?

Make sure you're typing in your password and username exactly how you did during registration. (Ex. the same number keys, etc) If not, make sure your caps lock is off or that you're not making any typos by mistake. If it still doesn't work, I would recommend contacting a staff member.

the amount of characters ye put in yer username could be a factor, there is a 16{?} character limit to usernames. if ye exceed the limit, it will indeed not work.
i know not if that is the cause, but it is very common for that to occur.
other advice i can provide would be, if ye have numbers, don't use the keypad on the right side; use the numbers uptop.
