Can't Log In

Hi, I've had this account for a while and just recently recovered it. I was eager to play however, I can't log into the game. Honestly, in over the two years of not having this account's login back I haven't seen the registration open once, so i hope I wont need to make a new account.

Hey! So, I've noticed lots of help threads about this. Look here instead! It's usually just little things that are easy to fix.


1. Make sure your caps lock is not on. The login is caps sensitive! Make sure you're typing everything correctly.

2. Do not use the numpad! Use the numbers above the alphabet on your keyboard.

3. Does your username or password have any unusual symbols such as ?$!@*-_ ect.? This can mess things up for some people. Make a new account if you're having trouble with symbols. If you make a new one, please try to stick with a-z letters, nothing capitalized.

4. Make sure that your keyboard language is in English! It won't log you in unless you have a US keyboard setting.

5. If you're trying to log on ingame, make sure the server is up and running. You can do this by looking at the top of the banner of this forum.

6. Make sure you are logging in with your username, not forum nickname. My actual username is JazzForLife, and I log in with that. I do not use Jazzz, because that is my forum nickname.

7. Even if you change your password on the forum, your password for the game will always be the same you signed up with.

Given that you haven't logged into the account for about two years it is most likely that the server automatically deleted it to help keep things clean around here. I don't recall the exact amount of time before the server schedules an account for deletion, but I believe it's after one year of inactivity. The server is made to work this way to reduce the clutter of unnecessary and unused accounts. Doing this keeps things running smoothly and most often after a user leaves for over a year it's safe to say they aren't coming back.

I do apologize for the inconvenience but I hope you can understand. Chances are that you do indeed need to create a new account but it shouldn't be so difficult. The registration opens very often and when it does it stays open for 2 hours straight. I've recorded in the past that registration opens numerous times a month sometimes even twice in one day. Simply stay attentive and good luck. You'll have a new account soon enough.

I've been having this problem too. I got it years ago when it wasn't available on Mac, which is what we had. I remembered it just now, and tried to play, even though I hadn't before. Would it still erase me even if I had never logged onto the game?

Indeed do try to start your own topic when you need help just so we don't confuse things but also so we can focus on your particular issue. Aside from that yes if you never logged into the account since it was made some year(s) ago it would have been deleted. You'll also need to create a new account if you'd like to play.
