Did someone Hack my account?

I don't know if I bring this to the forum but I'm worried that someone could of hacked my account. I was on earlier today rping then my game said Feral heart stopped working so I decided to leave the game for a while and turned it off (I was by the Y then)
Just a few minutes ago I came back on but I was all the way at SB?!? If this happens normally sorry to bother but I don't know what it means. Could someone help me to understand please because I had this account for years now and many friends have been made, I really don't want a hacker to mess it all up.

I don't think you were hacked - I think you experienced a
glitch that happens quite often. In this glitch you would have control of someone elses character, and
they have control of yours - but everything goes back to normal in a short while or until you both log off..i think.

Though I may be way wrong. This is just what I think may have happened.
