This might be the case. If Feral Heart isn't accepting the "-" symbol in your username, unfortunately, you're going to have to create a new account. The Registration opens fairly often though, so you're bound to catch it. c:

Go to your browser and type Misaki-Mai, copy it and paste it at "username". I often had the same problem in other things, but if it don't work you'll have to create a new account.
