Character Question

So, since my game has been acting up my only option seems to be to re-download it. However, I do not want to lose my characters, so I am wondering if I have to re-make them all over?

Hey Iuna! No, don't worry about that. Once you download the game again and login your characters will still be there, just as you want them.

No, you won't lose your characters if you re-download the game. Your characters are stored within your account, and therefore you'd only lose them if you were to deactivate it. Your characters will all still be in your character creation once you re-download.
