Not able to log in..

So I just got FeralHeart Yesterday, and I downloaded the game for my Windows7
once I got it downloaded and all I opened the game, and signed into the login screen with ' shatteredmemorygaming '
my user and then my password
after I clicked login it said it accepted my request to join and I was getting into the game
then it said ' wrong user or password (5 attempts causes 15 min ban) '
I was sure I typed it correctly and I typed it multiple times
I don't have anything but numbers and letters in my password
so I have no idea what is wrong
is it what kind of computer I have
or do I just need to make a new account?

Sadly it seems as though you need to make a new account. You went over the 16 character limit on your username. Accounts with usernames above 16 characters don't work upon log in. When you make a new account be sure to refer to that thread that WarriorStrike linked above me. We apologize for this set back.
