Login Problems?

On my other account silver warrior, When I type in my user and pass it would say ' Incorrect username or password ' and I was entering it all in correctly..  I've been trying all day to fix the problem.. But 1 of my friend who is angel4 in-game and on site knew my password.. I keep thinking she managed to change it.. Also when I go to the 'Forgot your password' I would enter my User and the Token correctly and it would just say something like 'You can not reset your password because your token in incorrect' while it was correct.. Help?

I'd recommend trying to change your password once more.  Be crucial and make sure your token is correct and hasn't expired.  You should never give out your password to people, even if you thought this person was your friend, it's best not to give information like that out.  If you've tried again and it still doesn't work then change your email password.  Your friend wouldn't have been able to change your FH password if she didn't know your email one so change that too.  If nothing works I'd recommend creating a new account when the registration opens and next time, do not give your password out to strangers!

If ye 'ave numbers in y'er password, don't use the numbers on the side of y'er keyboard! FH doesn't recognize the numpad, so that will result in an error.

I would change the password as Daffy said above. FeralHeart is glitchy so that may be the reason it didn't accept your token.

When you sign up to FeralHeart you get your very own account in which you alone are meant to use. We expect you to take care of your login information and keep it to yourself. We do not take responsibility if you lend out your account, or even network connection to someone that breaks the rules/broke the rules, resulting in you being banned, as well. It could also be the browser that y'er in. If ye are using Internet Explorer, it takes a long while for lots of things and could possibly glitch the FH site. If ye are using something like Firefox or Google Chrome, things should work find and I'd recommend restarting y'er computer just to get a fresh start on the site here.

It wouldn't hurt to take a look at this thread here. As for your token not being accepted, I would try using a different internet browser since the forum can get a bit derpy depending on the browser you're using. Also, it's not the best idea to give out your password, whether the person you're giving to is your best friend or not, it's best to keep private account information to yourself. Let us know if this solves your issue.
