The Mass Markings Not Working?!

If you have seen my previous post I had some trouble with the textures, when I did download the Mass Markings  everything was fine a day later, I needed to Uninstall the game because the game won't work. When it finally worked I got the Mass Markings again but this time it did work but the mass markings didn't show, I kept uninstalling the game but it still doesn't work. Help?

Kinda... Now some of the Mass Markings won't show ;-;
