If you want to get out of Feral City, you can log into the yellow box at the top of the website, click "User Panel", type in your username and password, and reset/send your character home. Next time you log in, your character will be sent to wherever your home was set, but if you choose to reset the home, you can select the "reset home" option.
As for the "failed to connect to the map server" message, don't click on the screen or else it's going to buffer up and eventually fail to connect. Be patient with it. c:
