Feral Heart Preset sync : The export of Feral Heart will not work

It's not downloading, I've turned off my Norton as well but it keeps saying :

"Window cannot find 'C:\Users\megha_000\Downloads\FeralHeart.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly or try again"

Has anyone else had this problem, if so could someone please help this is the best clarification I could

Make sure you have enough space on your computer..?

You're welcome.
If that doesn't work, empty your computer of wanted files and such then try again, making sure you've spelt everything correctly.
