I think all these problems are happening because of your hard disk problems, what does the error say? Maybe it's overloaded or your computer contains a virus. Not all malware scanners are excellent, so I recommend you to use Kaspersky as your scanner. When I had a virus on my computer, it just controls itself and shuts everything down. This is because my computer is not able to handle it. So, now, you can ask your family if you can reformate it and remove everything in it. Don't save anything on your USB, no programs, because the programs that you may be willing to save take to much space or are causing a part of this problem. Although, you can keep SOME important documents or images.
The only thing for you to do now is keep maintenance on your computer and to not add anything on it, for it may just get worse and suddenly, reformate itself without you noticing. Please, don't wait for that to happen because it is very annoying and takes forever to do itself. You may get a blue screen with complicated options, that's why. As for you deleting and uninstalling your programs, it won't work if you already have your problem. It may be a permanent damage, that's why I said you should reformate it.
