If none of your friends are able to get into the map, this might be the cause of many people entering and re-entering through the portal of that map. Sometimes the processes on the server gets stuck on a specific map, which will cause your character to get stuck in that map. If you try resetting/sending your character home (to do this, log into the golden box at the top of the website, click "User Panel," type in your username and password, then find your character, and send them home) you could try entering the map with another character. If this doesn't work, a server restart may be required. You could try redownloading the map, but it sounds like a glitch within the map server.
