An odd problem that I'm not sure is normal. (Please help!)

Okay, whenever I log in, every character with a preset is either fully white or just white with a colored head or tail or both. Has anyone else had this problem? I've tried playing with my video settings in game and nothing has worked.

Are you sure its not just every character you're seeing as white? This is a really common problem, and the most common solution is to download the marking pack(s) everyone is using.

I suggest the Aug 22 Markings or the Legendary Markings

Those who have that base white texture are most likely wearing additional markings which you can download from the links Hooli provided you with. It is a completely normal thing and you shouldn't worry about it much, as it is easy to fix. Hope the above helps you out.

Sorry if i'm wrong about this, and your question has already been answered, but did you mean that only YOUR characters are like that, from the Character Selection screen?

If that's what you meant, try re-exporting the preset you used.

It's not my characters that are like that, it's happening with other people's characters that use presets. I'll try downloading the markings to see if it'll help, though.

It looks as though this was solved, and as the others have said, it's a matter of downloading Mass Markings. I'll go ahead and lock this up for you. c:
