Can't Log In To The Game With My New Account

Hi!
Uhm, I was making my new account (Which is called MaoyuTheNerdyOtaku.), and I gave every information that was needed and I looked through my email to confirm my email for it.
So, I tried to log in into the game with the account, and it says it's not good...I just don't understand.
If you can please help me, or if you have any idea what's wrong, please tell me!

Hello, I can quickly tell you why you're not able to log into the game..

Sadly, the username is too long to be a valid username. Even though you're able to log onto the forum, this is not the case with the actual game.
The username cannot be above 16 characters, or it becomes invalid.

Other bad news is that you will not be able to change your username, but will have to wait until registration opens again.

I wish you good luck with catching the registration open. It will open randomly throughout the month and we cannot know when it will. Once it is open it stays open for two hours.

Ah, thank you! Um, but I have to ask... 1 year ago, I had my first acc named Kiwibirdy, and I was playing with my friends (roleplaying) at my grandma's house. My mom told me we had to go home, so I logged out, and when after 2 hours we arrived I couldn't log in into the game, nor the website. :/

Sounds odd. Did you activate the account properly? I know some people have been in the same situation but I don't know the real cause.
