Hmm, I am not very animation savvy when it comes to these sort of mods, but are ye sure ye don't 'ave any typos in the Emote.cgf? Make sure that y'er files 'ave been exported to the right type of file and that the cgf has the correct information added.
To be honest, I am not quite sure who would be able to help ye in this situation. I do not know of any serious Emote makers. I hope what I 'ave mentioned fixes it and it just be a simple fix f'er ye.
