Sky mods not working

I recently downloaded a sky mod that puts a nebula in the sky, but it's not working/showing up. I followed the instructions and did as it said.
Help?

Perhaps you skipped over a step? Maybe it will help?

Make sure you put the material file in the right folder.
Same with the textures.
Whenever you install something to FH, be sure to replace the files.

I did everything, but it's still not working

Are you positive that you placed everything in the right folders? sky.material goes in media > materials and skynebula01.png goes into media > textures. Also, did you have a previous nebula mod already installed? If so, try deleting those files because they might be disallowing the new files to come into play.

yes, i placed all of them in the right folder. I also haven't downloaded any other sky mod.
