Preset Issues

Hi! Im LakeStepand i have been having trouble with getting presets into the game, all my presets infact WORK but i cant put them into my game ty for your help,

You must open Feralheart, then click on the Tools button in the login screen. Once done, you click Preset Maker, then click on your preset number. Afterwards you have to export it. Then you simply put it on your character. If this doesn't work, try looking in your Feralheart > presets folder and seeing if you have two of the same preset number in your folder. If this doesn't work, I'm not sure what's wrong, but I'll still try to help as best as I can. Goodluck c:
