Feralheart is not letting me log in.

Hello. I keep having trouble with my game. I know you guys have a new "Login page". I have it open, but Feralheart still denys my access of letting me login. I am not sure if this is a common mistake that people take in with the new Login page. But, I have this open: http://feral-heart.com/login/ and my Feralheart game open. So, Feralheart lets me in, but.. it says: Loading... still and forever and pauses on the part where your suppose to see your charactars pop up. This is been happening for a very long time. I thought it was a minor problem with my computer, internet, etc. but its not apperantly. I got my computer checked and they said it was the game that has the problem. So, maybe some help here? This problem had been happening, why i stopped playing FH and i never got onto my computer again. I remembered i had it and got on to see if my computer worked still. My computer is very fast, never slow. Its just the game thats being slow I guess. So. Anyone can help me.. please.

Try having the window kept open, and do not minimize it when you open FeralHeart, so it's easier for the server and the page to connect.

So, So far i've tried that just about now. The "Loading.." on the charactar popup screen shows up for a long time still. And on the Login page on the new one, it keeps making me jump back to the login screen. My cookies are enabled. Anything else i might try?

Tried. Still doesn't work. By the way. My screen just goes to: "Request Accepted, Sending Login" and it stays there. Until 2 minutes and says: Connection lost. When I am still in the "You must keep this page open while playing the game" message. Feralheart tab is on top of that webpage as i am trying to login.

Have you tried opening the page in a different browser? (Chrome and Firefox have been known to work pretty well with the log-in page.)

Making your own thread will help you get more replies for your problem.
Your connection might be a bit buggy. Try using Internet explorer for login. For me Internet Explorer works the best.

Have you disabled proxies?

It will not let me connect to the game, why?
If you're experiencing issues it could be how your browser is currently set up. We do not allow any proxies so please disable any proxy settings you might have enabled. Also do not run the browser in incognito/private browsing mode and have cookies enabled. If you still have issues feel free to try another web browser all together. Also do keep in mind that we do not let any banned users connect to the game
