numbers in name/number wont show for user in game login

well, as you can see there are number in my user, but there is also same for when I login and it doesn't show. Every time I try to login to the game it wont show the numbers and it will say it is wrong for that reason.. help?!

Heyo, firstly make sure your username isn't more than 16 characters.
Secondly, do not use the numbers on the numpad, but the ones above the letter keys.
