On the game, it won't let me use the letter "L." If I try to type it, the game freezes for a few seconds, and the letter doesn't show up. And I see it's working fine for other people, but not me. Could someone help me?

That is quite an odd issue you got there, Katrina Royshell!
I've never heard of something like that happening before.

But all I could suggest is that try running your game as Administrator.
Perhaps it is just a timed crash when you type L

Side note: make sure your keyboard is set to English.
Some key combinations that are used ingame also toggle the switch keyboard language option on some computers.
