Connection problems

This is getting very annoying..I've done everything other forums have said regarding this subject
Proxy is off
Logging in with the correct info
Cookies are enabled
I'm using default browser (chrome)
My own internet connection is fine
And yet it doesn't work!! Can someone help with this? Am I doing something wrong or try it on a different  browser other than chrome? Please help!

It all depends on what you're experiencing.

You could try using Firefox and seeing if the problem persists o you could try logging in to your mobile device and seeing if that helps. Sometimes you might have to wait it out if it's that annoying, no proxies error message..

But if it's that error message whenever you login then you can check the post that Red made regarding this.

Hakumi has given some good advice. But if none of the above doesn't work, try restarting y'er router. Sometimes it just takes a reboot to get it to work.

Adding to what the floofs above me have already said, try loading up the website log-in page before you even open Feral Heart on your computer. I know that sometimes it will refuse to connect if I do it the other way around. Hope this helps!

Adding my own two cents in. IN case you have problems with the login page staying logged in, try using a tab refresher such as refreshthis.com or urlreload.com and set it to refresh every 25 seconds. This may not be part of the problem you are experiencing currently, but it may help in future.
