Problem Logging in...

So I just redownloaded the game onto my computer but it won't let me in the game. I have recently changed my password so could it be the game is unaware of the changing of my password??? On is my account invalid to the game since the game was removed from my computer at an early date???

Are you using the new login tab?
Click 'Play Game' Login and keep the page opened. Wait a few seconds before trying to login into the game itself. If it's been about a good year or so, then your account could've been deleted. ~

Well that's what I have heard happens when an account hasn't been active for possibly a year or two. The server deletes it I believe.
You can try messaging a staff to double check though.

Okay it's still active but when you login in and the page in blank does that mean you are in??? Also how long should I wait to play the game??? Does the game automatically go to the main characters page after opening the game???

After going on the website log in system keep it open [It should say something along the lines of "You musT keEp thiS pAgE oPen wHiLe yOu pLAy" and open up the Feralheart game too and normally log in. Should get you right in and have you be able to play normally.

Remember to keep the web page open while you play!
