Cant connect to front server?

I havent played FH in a while and I heard from a friend it had been updated after 5 years :O

so i went and downloaded the update through torrent, and everything worked smoothly. unfortunately for some reason, as i try to log in, i cant get into the front server. cant access my avatars or anything.

it's definitely not a connection issue, so im unsure if it's due to traffic with everyone on at once, or a completely different reason im unaware of

Make sure that you have reset your character's homes before sending them home via user panel c:
Could take a couple of tries but hopefully it'll let you on c:

I have the same problem too, except I tried all of these things and it still won't work. I am keeping the play game tab open the whole time, but it's not working. I have also tried to reset their homes and send them there, still not working. ._. Help meeeee....

Have you tried renaming the characters and then trying again?
Ran the game as an administrator?
Server might be down.
