Can't connect to maps

I recently downloaded the legendary markings and items to go with this game. Everything was fine until I had problems going into "The Grounds" map. And sometimes when I go into other maps that was installed with the game, it says "FeralHeart.exe has stopped working." And I have to wait for 30 minutes or an hour for me to go to the other maps again. But I completely do not have access to the map "The Grounds" map on Feral Heart. Any help please?

A few things to try out~
1. Make sure your internet connection is strong. Restart your router if you have to.
2. Check your Firewall
3. Run game as Administrator
4. Change rendering systems

You may also want to consider reseting your character's homes through the user panel here on the site and then sending them all home before logging back onto them. c:

none of these worked, I reset my router, still didn't work. I reset my characters home position, and that didn't work. It wouldn't let me change rendering systems. And I deleted all of the particles that ended with _1 and _0. So what's wrong? I really might have to re-install Feral Heart for the what I think is the third time. But for now I will continue searching for answers. If I do have to re-install Feral Heart, then, oh well.

Try sending the character's home as well. And if you can't change the rendering system through the game menu, go into .ogre file located in the FeralHeart folder and change it there.
