Connection failed...?

So uh, I need a little help.

Every time I select my character and press 'play' it says after a while, that 'connection to the map server failed.' and I tried logging in again, and the tab that is supposed to be open WAS open...

So uh...help please?

Did you make sure you reset your characters, and send them home? If not then do that, and see if that works. Also make sure you keep the tab open in the backround.

Just as fireboss said, it's most likely because your characters are still stuck in the old FH maps and will crash if you try to load them up ^^

If you're not sure how to reset your characters and send them home, take a lookie here c;

STEP ONE: Login here, this is as soon as you type in feral-heart.com before hitting the forum button.


STEP TWO: After you login, clicky the User Panel button.


STEP THREE: Login again...


STEP FOUR: Click "Reset Home" and THEN click "Go home" for whichever character is stuck for you.

Hello, there. I suggest t' try another browser or install some page reloader and set it t' refresh every 25 seconds.
Also, make sure to do not delete your browser history/cache because that could also log you out too.
