Character Reset problem

Hi everyone, so yesterday I've downloaded the new version of the game, and I know that I have to reset my characters and send them home.  The problem is that whenever I tried to do this, under the sign Character Reset there is... nothing. I mean this:


In old version of the game I had many characters.
And I want to ask you, what I have to do in this situation? Thanks in advance

Try clicking the "play game" tab, login, click "here" where it says "If your characters are stuck you can reset their location here", then proceed to reset their homes like you normally would ^^

I did it but still nothing changes, there isn't any character to reset

The best thing to do is just to create new characters if they aren't showing up.

'Failed to connect to front server' so how I can make a new character?

Are you using the play game tab and logging in? Which is located here http://feral-heart.com/login/index.php

Yup, I'm using this whenever I want to play
