Oh! I almost f'ergot. I'm not sure if this problem has been fixed yet, but users in Brazil cannot log in at the time being. So if ye live in Brazil, 'tis most likely the issue at hand.

UPDATE:
I got it to log me in and go to the character part but when i go to play and it loads the area it takes forever then says connection lost again

You would probably need to reset your character's home, and then send them home. Go here http://www.feral-heart.com/user/index.php and login and you will be able to reset your characters home.
