I'm sure password and username is right, but I can't connect to the server..

Make sure you are logging into the play game tab and running it in the background before trying to log into the actual game.

Make sure you're using the login page on the forum aswell, floof.

In addition make sure you also use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox (although other browsers are also useful) since they're the most trusted browsers for the best connection between the Login Page and the game itself.
Do not minimise your Login Page window either, open up FeralHeart on top of it.
