Can't connect to the server !!

Hello, I'm posting this message because I have a problem.
Last time I entered the game it was before the new update. So I downloaded the new launcher and all, I logged on the web page to see if I still remembered my password, and then when I opened the launcher and entered my account, it said "couldn't connect to server" !
I tried a thousand times, changed my password and all but it still wouldn't work..

Help !!

Are you using the "Play Game" tab as well?
Back then, hackers got into the game and that's when a tab called "Play Game" was added. You must login there and keep the page open while you login to the actual FeralHeart game.
Once you're logged into the server, then you can minimize the tab. You can't close it, though.

Logging into this should solve your problem so long as you keep it open while playing in-game.

The game will not let you play at all without keeping the page in the link above opened and staying logged in to it the entire time.

Also, keep in mind that due to the website being under renovation, Razmirz has to rebuild the login system. This makes it so that features such as changing your password won't work. If you're still trying to login, I'd suggest using the password you had before attempting to change it.

I'm having this issue as well. I'm logged into the Play Game tab as well as the game itself, but when I choose a character to play as the map never loads and I get a "Failed to connect to map server" error.

A new help thread would have probably been best for this, but try resetting your characters' homes and sending them home:

I just closed and re-opened the game a few times and it worked. Who knows what was up. Thank you though!
