Can't logging in

Hey guys
Since November 2016 my Feral Heart is in trouble. I don't know why, but I'm not able to log in. The browser to the logged in page is open, my password and Login name are definitely correct, but always, if I try to log into the game, a sign is opened and says "Failed to connect to front server"
Last year I thought, it was a problem with my computer, but that isn't the problem because I tried it with another computer. I don't know, what to do. It would be nice if someone can help me.
And I'm so sorry for my bad English. I hope nevertheless, that you understood, what my problem is.

So you get that messag every time you try to play?

Make sure that:

1. You have good internet connection
2. Your login page isn't logging you out everytime to try to connect.

If #2 is the case, try a page refresher to keep that from happening. This is a good one: http://www.refreshthis.com/

Yes, my internet connection ist perfect, and the refresher is something, I'm alwasy using for FH. I don't know, why it isn't working.

Hmm, definitely try restarting your FH and logging in a couple times. Sometimes this happens to me and restarting a few times does the trick. I'm not sure why it does this, but definitely give it a try.

You may also want to consider logging into the Play Game tab on a different web browser or a mobile device. If the problem still persists, make sure any proxies are disabled on your browser. Hope that helps a bit! c:
