game won't install

the game won't install. the installer gets to the file 'roseTex.jpg' and crashes. any way to fix this?

Try following >This Thread< and seeing if that'll help you out at all, make sure everything is being done correctly. If you're using Mac/Linux, then you're better off looking through the Mac/Linux Setup thread.

Edit: I noticed your other thread just now,
make sure that, if you're reinstalling, you've uninstalled the version you've already had and/or you're replacing everything.

i figured it out! thank you so much for your help, the game hadn't uninstalled properly for some reason
