Public DeviantArt Presets?

Hello, floofs! I've been wondering: Are all free presets that have been downloaded from dA free to upload to the Preset Sync as long as credit is given where it's due? Or is it only if the creator of that particular preset okay with it? Thank you in advance, and I hope this made sense!

Honestly, I wouldn't see why not. All the sync does is allow people to see the preset you're wearing. But I would always check with the creator of the preset just to be sure. :)
