Game glitched after reinstalling?

So I had to uninstall because I accidentally deleted a file. I saved my markings and items folder so I could copy then back in and once I did I replaced the newly downloaded files and for some reason my wolves are now marshmellows despite being downloaded?

Did you by chance forget to replace your markings.cfg file that needs to be placed in C:\FeralHeart (the main directory)?
