Game not working right?

My 8th preset isn't in the presets or PublicPresets folder, but clicking Export does nothing. I have already exported numbers higher than 8, and there used to be different images in that folder, but the preset was never exported before.
UPDATE: I am also failing to connect to map server, and cannot login and yes I have the Play Game tab open.

Hm, what exactly happens when you click on 'Export' in game? Does it come through and say you have exported it, does it give you a message saying "Failed to export preset", or does it just, not do anything at all?

It may be your internet, or, if there is no explanation as to why you are unable to connect at all, then try these strategies given by our very own Kynvuu:

-Disable any proxies on your web browser
-Try logging on from another web browser
-Login to the Play Game tab on a tablet or mobile device
-After logging into the Play Game tab, refresh it a couple of times and let it sit for a few minutes before logging into the game itself.

Straight up nothing. I tried re-making the material file and it worked however.
