No idea why portals wont show up in distant lands

Hello all, I downloaded some maps (https://feral-heart.com/smf/index.php?topic=58682.0) specifically this one. I watched the video provided on the post on how to put the map in my files. I followed it to a T! Why isn't there a portal in distant worlds so I can access it?

I apologize for my stupidity, a lot of things have changed over the years including my brain. I used to play when I was in highschool and I wanted to revisit this game and maybe start some RPs again and I'm so happy this game is still around. I just gotta get over this one silly thing! haha

Hey there! So if this is the map pack I think it is (there's two of the old maps...) the portal actually isn't in Cape of Distant Worlds! It's in Lonely Cave. You should see another cave that wasn't there before with a portal that leads to old Lonely Cave! When you spawn into new lonely, it's going to be out of the cave to the right a little.
