Hello Sinnister, downloading both items and markings is relatively similar, so I will explain items installation with screenshots and then just highlight the differences with markings. I will also be starting from the beginning in case anyone in the future is looking for help. It is important to mention that these instructions may be slightly different than other explanations on the forum; this is because the downloads I am using to explain are a bit easier and only need to be placed directly into C:/Feralheart. Technically item meshes are placed into C:/Feralheart/media/items and markings go in C:/Feralheart/media/textures/markings. This can be ignored at the moment.

Just wait for the counter in the upper right-hand corner to reach zero and click "skip ad." After you will be transported to Mediafire. From there you can click the download button for the item pack.
After the item pack downloads, open the .zip file as follows. Move the folder named "media" and the items.cfg file directly into the Feralheart folder and click replace when prompted. That will overwrite your current files with the new ones.
