Can't login

I've been trying to login to my account for the past 10 minutes and it won't seem to connect me. I've entered my username and password but it still won't do it. I tried to reset my password but I haven't got an email for a link or anything.

Be sure you're logged into the "play game" tab. Don't minimize your browser while you play the game~

Hello, when I attempt to login to Feral-Heart the game tells me to download the new patch on the website that I already have. I've looked around onto the forums to check and see if I could find an issue close to mine but I couldn't lol
