Stuck on loading screen

I've recently been having trouble getting into the game. I'm able to log in but when I click start, it keeps me at the loading screen. I'm logged into the tab. How do I fix this?

Have you tried setting your characters home in the User Panel? If not then go to the User Panel and click on “reset home” and then “go home”
This did fix my issue once before, not sure if it will for you or not but you can try!
