Stuck

I may have made a post before about this but it's starting to bother me.
Again the problem is that I get stuck in the creating/editing screen, I'm on the place where the wifi's strong and wifi isn't failing, I can create characters but part by part and sometimes I get stuck in a part like the underfur, it will keep loading in the screen no matter what. I've browsed in earlier posts but nothing has fixed the issue, is this happening to someone else or just me?

I didn't have this problem. I think you should try reinstall game or contact with staff member.

Ok, so open Feral Heart folder and look - sometimes there are unessecary files, what shouldn't be there. But the best idea is contact with staff.
