Crash Galore

I keep randomly crashing. And there's no way to stop it. It's extremely random. Anything I can do?  :(

Have you changed what rendering system you used recently? Any different mods?

The mods don't affect anything, I've tested them. But I did get a new mod, and it doesn't affect anything either.  Nope, always used the same Rendering System, maybe I'll change it

I changed it to OpenGL (Is that what it's called?)
It stopped for the crashing for some reason. Thank you!
