I do apologize, but have you fixed just the .dll files? They shouldn't be in any other folder except for the main one. I apologize if you have tried this already, I just wasn't sure when you said "folders" in trying the download fix.

Is your Anti virus on? If yes, maybe it's preventing feralheart to fully download? ???
