Unable to install new patch!!!!!!!!!!

For some reason, i can not install the latest patch. i think its the 1.17a patch. When I log into my game it tells me to download the patch but when I try, messages such as 'the code execution cannot proceed because irrKlang.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem' but I haven't installed a program by the name of that and don't know where to find it! PLEASE HELPPPPPPP :'(

Hallo. Did you replace the downloadable executable file with the original Feralheart.exe in the Feralheart folder after installing?

The patch is the 1.17a download, you must replace it with the FeralHeart.exe in the folder that is named FeralHeart, As Sigyn said above.
