unexplained crashing

I load into the game fine, but now its just started crashing ever five - ten seconds after loading into the game. Also once or twice my character has vanished off my own screen, any idea as to what the heck is going on with it? Its fine usualy, no issues like this at all before.

That is completely normal and happens to everyone once in their FH-Life, believe me. Most of the users have experienced that.
Instead of keep trying to log in, close the game for a while. It may take 30 minutes or so. Go do something else whie you wait. When you log back on, it probably will be fixed.
