FeralHeart.exe has stopped working.

You run the very same game as everyone else and as you used to, but now your system can't run it.

I will stick with that it's either your windows having issues with the game, or that you haven't updated your graphic card drivers.

it was working perfectly fine after I installed windows 8 but then messed up a day or so later and I'm absolutely sure the graphics drivers are updated as the version number in device manager has changed from the old version .8 to .9

Then reinstall FH, remove the old game folder completely, and then download a new installer from our site and install with that one. If you still encounter issues with the visuals, it for 100% not the games fault, but it's not like it should be now either.

Same as before though, either the version of windows you run or faulty drivers, and/or wrong rendering mode selected for the game.

uhh this doesn't help at all and removing the old folder and reinstalling doesn't help and I can't select openGL because the game crashes before it starts forcing me to use direct3d (maybe my laptop is overheated? it's been on all day)

scroll down to where it says "how to fix it" with orange text, then follow the steps but put OpenGL Rendering Subsystem instead.

openGL doesn't work it crashes before the game even starts with (FeralHeart.exe has stopped responding and needs to close) and starting the game up again forces me to use direct3D

At first did yours keep having a grey screen at the intro? Mine won't stop doing that.

doesnt do any good as this happens in other games as well and no the intro screens are perfectly normal but the actual in game graphics are absolutely zombified and messed up
