My game crashes whenever I enter

I just downloaded the new version but whenever I try to play the game crashes. ):
Help?
Also when I try to log in on the site it says "joomla_int Session Create: You do not have access to this page! Your usergroup is Public Frontend. As a minimum, you should be a member of USERS."

Try reinstalling.

As for the site,

Log out from both the box and the forum, delete all cookies from feral-heart.com.

Restart the browser, try to log in.

No luck, it simply just wont work.
