hello, and first off, thanks for taking the time to read this.

okay so, for me ingame these do not work '' and ^ the second isnt really important but the first is, since my english isn't that good I have to use them since people got confused multiple times already, any idea how to get them to work again?

Really? And by the " Do you mean using the Crtl + 2? I just use the single '.
And I'm not sure why your ^ isnt working, have you tryed doing is slowly?

the ones I can just quick tab on my keyboard(so the single yeah ), and yeah I've also tried doing it slower, but it still didn't work.

edit: also, I might add that instead of giving me a ' or something it just gives me like a huge blank space.

A blank space normally means your not doing a proper control like:

Ctrl + Z and then it leaves a blank space.

I am fairly sure that it should work by pressing the ' key on my keyboard, or am I getting this wrong?

I'm generally not sure from now on.
All I would do (for me) is just re-download it, thats just me.
Also, is your keyboard set to English? Otherwise it will not work on anything else apart from US.

If I were you I would redownload the game or retorrent it. Cause sometimes there are evil glitchy downloads... you might have one.
