Can't log in, but don't see the problem...

Okay, so I'm sure the answer is somewhere, but I can't find it. I try to log in, but it says I have the wrong username or password. I've logged into the website dozens of times, I've reset may password, even created another account. But no matter what I do, I get the same message. I KNOW my info is right, but maybe I'm missing something. Can anyone help?

Hehe, thanks, but I've checked that, I've checked the one for log in failures, I've made my username and password for my other account all letters, all lowercase, and no spaces, symbols, or numbers. I'm just givin' up. *with a disappointed sigh, clicks uninstall*

Hmm I don't know any other solution right now... don't let that discourage you from downloading the game though. Just stick around and see what other users suggests. I'm sure there's an easy solution that maybe we're both over looking ^_^ btw are you a first time user of FeralHeart or is this suddenly happening and you've been using it for a while now?

First time user. It hasn't worked once. I haven't even made a character. Maybe it is something simple, but if it is, I don't see it. I'll hold onto the game I guess, but I can't say I'm very optimistic about it. ^_^'

FH doesn't really like Long usernames/passwords, this could be your problem.
I'd suggest creating another account and perhaps deleting this once since you haven't created any characters.
