Map Portal Not Showing Up In Cape

So my friend made a Hogwarts map and I downloaded all of the correct files and all of the other maps work, but this map's portal won't show up in the Cape. What's up with this?

They all should go into the exports folder, and if that doesn't work. Try placing them in the terrains folder.

If the portal still doesn't show, it's most likely the map creator that missed adding a portal.

And if they did that as well.

They added a portal, it works for them fine. I'll try the terrains, thanks a lot!

ohh wait? So the portal that's missing is not in cape, it's infact in the custom map?

If this is the case, you'd need the updated version of the map that actually holds the portal as well, not only the new map.

When I looked in the links you sent, there was just 1 map. Maybe this has something to do with it?

The map was made today, and no, the portal is missing from Cape. The creator just made me put up the link just incase that had anything to do with it. . .

Well I'm not sure in that case.

If the map is made/exported correctly.

And then placed inside the exports folder. It should work if you got room for more maps.
